چکیده
Background: The marginalization of pulse crops in irrigated agro-ecosystem has been among the most negative facets green revolution technologies. Integration summer mung agro-ecosystems within rice-wheat and alternate systems is feasible remunerative. This crop facilitates intensification by adding a third to sequence there large area intervene. holds key increase income farmers achieve self-sufficiency production. Methods: study was carried out at farmers’ fields under farming situations during period from 2017 2022 using cluster frontline demonstration (CFLD) as farmer participatory intervention. In total 425 demonstrations were conducted on an 170 ha, covering 18 villages farmers. By comparing practices local checks with suggested technologies demonstrations, gap analysis data various technical economic factors recorded. Result: CFLD programme mitigated gaps increased adoption 4 per cent 22 2022. yield over check 17.6 favourable economics generating net additional returns Rs. 5488 ha-1. extension gap, technology index recorded 1.44 q ha-1, 5.48 ha-1 36.53 cent. market price less than minimum support (MSP) all years study. intensifies cropping its cultivation remunerative climate resilient.

Mung Bean (Vigna radiata) Seedlings'
Two forms of Fd-NADP+ oxidoreductase (FNR) isoproteins have been purified and characterized from the first foliage leaves of 5d-old mung bean (Vigna radiata). They could be separated by either Mono Q HR 515 or ferredoxin (Fd)-Sepharose 48 affinity columns. Based on immunoblot analysis and N-terminal amino acid sequences, one form resembles the FNR purified from photosynthetic tissues of higher ...

Proton-translocating ATPase (H+-ATPase) was purified from mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) roots. Treatment of this enzyme with the argininespecific reagent 2,3-butanedione in the presence of borate at 37°C (pH 7.0), caused a marked decrease in its activity. Under this condition, halfmaximal inhibition was brought about by 20 millimolar 2,3-butanedione at 12 minutes. MgATP and MgADP, the physiologi...

Cold-induced changes in vivo in the cytoplasmic pH of suspension-cultured cells of mung bean (Vigna radiata [L.] Wilczek) were investigated by fluorescence-ratio imaging cryomicroscopy with special reference to the variations in the chilling sensitivity of cells during the growth cycle. Because of the preferential localization of the fluorophore in the cytoplasm under specified conditions and t...

Phosphatidylglycerophosphate synthase (sn-glycerol-3-phosphate:CDP-diacylglycerol phosphatidyltransferase) and phosphatidylglycerophosphate phosphatase were characterized in mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) mitochondria. The synthase has a rather broad pH optimum between 7 and 9, whereas the phosphatase has one of about 7. Both enzymic activities are stimulated by Triton X-100 and require divalent ...
